In the traditional settlement of Argyrades, in a narrow canton a few meters from the main road, which gives easy access, but also isolation from the traffic of the main road, we created the lianelia boutique village house. The old grandmother's kitchen, which was independent and completely separated from the main main house, was transformed into a small but very beautiful house, just 34 sq.m. We tried with much love and care, this old stone building that was constructed about 100 years ago, to give it a special character, but with all the comforts that will satisfy our guest. Stone and wood are the unique materials we used, making use of every square inch of available space. We created an internal balcony in the attic of the house, which we converted into a small bedroom with a low bed (1.45 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom that will serve the needs of each resident. We wanted to bring back to life every element from the past that has stood the test of time. On the ground floor of the space, we designed a small, yet very ergonomic and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small living room with all the essentials such as a small lounge, a 40" smart TV with Netflix and Disney+, air-conditioning and a fan. Outside, there is a small courtyard, reminiscent of the narrow alleys of the village, with a small wooden table and chairs where you can sit to enjoy the sun and your evening meal.
